Forecast Analysis on Weapon System Fee Based on Support Vector Machine

A method of weapon system fee forecast, based on Support Vector Machine, is adopted. The result has shown, this method efficiently solves the problem of over-fit and network structure confirmation about neural network, and it has better extensive capability than traditional methods. Therefore, it can be viewed as a new approach to research this kind of problem.
