Pilot Application of RFID in the Container Port

The container number and attributes may identify automatically with RFID technology, which can improve the managing level of container in port area. This paper introduces a managing frame of container for modern port based on related technology and expatiates the design of applying RFID deployed on gate, yard gantry crane and quayside container crane, realizes remote track of container. This solution can improve automatic level of container in port effectively.
