A Block-class Prediction DCT Algorithm Based on DSP

A DCT algorithm based on block-class prediction is proposed. The prediction criterion of this algorithm is discussed subsequently, then a DSP based fast DCT implementation scheme is presented. Using the proposed scheme, effective results in video encoding on DSP can be obtained.
