Automatic Fitting and Correcting of Time Grating Displacement Sensor Error Curves Based on LaBVIEW

A method based on LabVIEW is presented for error correction and compensation during the research process of time grating displacement sensor.Under the LabVIEW environment,the measuring error curve analysis and fitting algorithm of time grating displacement sensor are realized,and the precision of the sensor is greatly promoted.
