Development of water and rainfall regime information collection system based on GSM network

On the basis of the water and rainfall regime information and the status of the technology for the collection, a long-distance information collection system for water and rainfall regime information is developed with GSM-SMS long-distance data transmission technology based on SCM of 80C196 in combination with the principle of GSM-SMS. The general design scheme and the hardware /soft ware design for both the telemetering stations and the central station are introduced herein.
