Study on the relationship among KM enablers,KM activities,and NPD performance in CoPS

This paper studies CoPS deeply and systemic from view of knowledge management.An assumption module called the relationship module among enablers,KM activities,and NPD is put forward on basis of literature review.Through a questionnaire survey,217 effective samples of CoPS projects are collected and analyzed used statistical analysis.The main conclusions are presented as follows:(1)The core of CoPS's special characters is knowledge complexity.(2)Key activities in CoPS are knowledge creation and knowledge integration.(3)KM activity is interference variable to KM enablers-NPD relationship.(4)The module was verified: path relationship(module) among activities,KM enablers,and NPD performance in CoPS.
