Hardware and Software Design of the Speed Measurement System of Radar Based on DSP5402

This paper mainly research a speed measurement based on DSP5402,it describes the principle of the system,and also designs the right method include the design of hardware part and the software part.The speed measurement radar system is one kind of methods to measure speed,it can get the speed of cars directly.With the theory of Doppler frequency,there is frequency difference between the original signal and back signal,the speed can be calculated through measuring the frequency differences.The system used DSP as digital process center,and the experiments show the system is stable,it can reach the requirement of the radar speed measurement system.
