The Achievement of Communication between Intouch and PLC Based on Visual Basic

To some particular model of PLC or some particular model of instrument,the existing driver can support them to communicate with some upper computers,such as Intouch.In this article,the way that Visual Basic achieves the communication between Intouch and PLC via DDE and serial port correspondence programming will be introduced.With this method,the data gathered via PLC on the spot can be sent to upper computer for monitoring.And sending control commands to lower computer from upper computer is also available.What's more,the stability of the correspondence between upper computer and lower computer will be guaranteed.
