Design of Digital Alert System Through Networks

An intelligent system for abnormity alert is presented, which combines the techniques such as video processing, image processing, artificial intelligence and network programming, can automatically recognize abnormity and send alert through networks. The IPL(image processing library) software programmed by Intel Corporation makes the capture, display and processing of digital video signal so easy to programmer. The diagram of the structure of software for server and client based on C/S mode is given in the paper. The system is realized on PC by VC++ programming, the performance of the system is satisfied according to the experiments.
