Qualitative research on the work experience of nurses in laminar flow rooms

Objective To understand the work condition and real experience of nurses in laminar flow rooms,and to offer reliable references for nursing management of laminar flow room.Methods Eight nurses were interviewed with a semi-structured interview conversation.The data were analyzed by a phenomenology method.Results Three themes were extracted from the data.They were bearing great pressure,self-adjustment and adaption,building up the feeling of success.Conclusion The management of laminar flow rooms should focus on improving the working condition of nurses,enhancing protection measures,providing solid support systems,and training nurses regularly to promote the success of transplantation.
