Guided by the theory of frame semantics,the author tries to set up a frame for what makes semantic meaning in Chinese on the basis of perspective field of – result.Verbs are an important component of semantic frame.They can ac-tivate semantic frame and make people recognize the scene for making semantic meaning.The paper analyzes and explains the detailed semantic features of verbs that make semantic frame and set up a corresponding test frame for the selection of words.
