Berkeley DB,compared to traditional database management system,is directly running in the application process,providing a zero-configuration mode,with the advantage of occupying less resources and using simply.Two parts of Berkeley DB including basic concepts and architecture are studied,and its core structure and algorithm are introduced,so that readers have a better intuitive understanding of Berkeley DB.
