Confidence Limits about The MTBF in Fixed-duration Test Plans for Weibull Model

For the Weibull model,on the basis of strict mathematical description about the fixed-duration test,derive MLE different from past,and the optimal confidence limit are found out by the method of arranging order in the sample space.
