Improve traditional bug management process by introducing method of software measurement into it,describe how to plan measure, how to process measure as well as how to analyze the result of measure. Through analyzing the efficiency of developer and tester and the process on the base of the data collected from one project,provide useful information for the decision maker. In that way,improved traditional defect management process. This method had proved that it was a successful attempt to apply the method of software measurement in defect management process.
