How to give a splendid rendering is a problem for each and every accordion player.Apart from the essential techniques required for accordion performance,one also needs to know how to controlbreathwhen playing the accordion because properbreathmay give life to the musical piece.This paper,in hope of laying theorethical foundation for accordion performance,attempts to analyze how to controlbreathfrom both subjective and objective factors.
