Trace Cache and Trace Processor Technology

Trace Cache and trace processor can achieve high bandwidth of instruction fetch by exploiting instruction reuse.This paper first introduces the trace cache and trace processor structures together with the current ILP study,gives out the trends of trace processing technology.
