Preliminary Discussion on the Construction of Community Health Services Information System

The community health service is the core of city medical and health services and also the carrier to realize the Health for all of WTO.But now there are some problems,such as low service ability or incomplete information system,so it is really needed to develop a thorough community health service information system.This system should include operation layer,controlling layer,feedback layer and other functional modules.And the system should be constructed according to its plan and demand analysis and managed in organization,technology,talents,equipment and so on.
