Java Mobile Phone Software Based on J2ME—— design and implementation of football lottery mobile phone betting system

This article discusses how to compose a pure powerful Java software system based on J2ME standard, by integrating series of Java technology (J2ME, J2SE, Servlet and JSP of J2EE). The author combines the idea of Java mobile phone software based on J2ME with newly rising football lottery industry of China, develop the football lottery betting system in Mobile Phone. The whole system is based on the release and operation rules of football lottery, focused on the football lottery database, and implemented by modules from the viewpoint of system managers and betting-customers.
