In judicial practice,there are two types of encryption methods:the symmetric key encryption and asymmetric key encryption.In combination with the digital certification,digital signatures and other auxiliary encryption technology,it can correspondingly increase the level of encryption and increase the security of the e-mail.In general,reliability of encryption e-mail is higher than the non-encrypted e-mail.The credibility of encrypted e-mail evidence is affected by the decryption process.While the probative force of e-mail evidence is affected by the encryption methods,the degree of people's control on e-mail control and other factors.The probative force of e-mail evidence is increased with the increase of the level of encryption.
