Conflict resolution mechanism of intelligent CAPP system

In order to improve flexibility,scalability,reusability and dynamic adaptability of CAPP system,the architecture of an intelligent CAPP system based on multi-agent system was presented.Working mechanism of the intelligent CAPP system was studied,the structure and the function for each agent were discussed.Conflicts generated by intelligent CAPP were resolved by use of rule-based reasoning and case-based reasoning,the relevant agent modules were developed,and they were preliminarily applied in the production process of the hydraulic supports.It was revealed that the intelligent CAPP based on multi-agent system had good flexibility,scalability and reusability,products and production conditions changes in enterprises could be satisfied.
