A Kind of New Decomposition Model for Staircase Reduction

To the staircase effects of the structure from TV-L1 model,the article proposes an improved decomposition model—GJTV-L1 model.First,it obtains the gradient vector and normal vector of the cartoon,then it obtains the cartoon of the image through fitting normal vector.Finally,the experiment testifies rationality and validity of the GJTV-L1 model and the algorithm.
