Developing Situation of Chinese Chip

The chip, which is the “cerebral cell”of different electronic equipment, possesses the functions of calculation and storage and is the most important part of the electronic equipment. This paper introduces the construction situation of the chip production line of China in recent years, and emphatically expounds the research and development of the chip of “Fengxin No.1”, the high-definition video decoding chip, with the source encoder, the key technique of the digital TV.
