Construction of Web Collaboration Office Platform Based on Open Source Technology

Many business such as automotive industry management and traffic security accident need collaboration by Web. The OA system existed cannot satisfy the demand,so it's necessary to establish a Web collaboration office platform. Through the study,found an appropriate roadmap to establish a mid- scale or little- scale Web collaboration office platform for mid- scale or little- scale organization. By using the methods such as system analysis and comparison research,associated with actual situations,Feng Office based on PHP open source technology is adopted as the basic software for Web collaboration. Analyze the source code,system architecture and plug- in developments of Feng Office,completing the self- defined plug- in. Finally,established a custom Web collaboration office platform. The study can help improve the satisfaction of government and enterprises in automotive industry management and service further.
