Investigation and Analysis on cultivating a Civilized State of Network in Five Colleges and Universities in Changchun

In order to accurately grasp the use of the Internet and e-learning, the features, situations and problems of network civilization cultivation by the characteristics of civilization in colleges and universities, we investigated and analyzed the five colleges and universities in Changchun to research the network civilization cultivation from the aspects of the ideological and political education, software engineering, statistical analysis, human resources development s starting .The main elements of research includes the network usage, Internet-surfing environment, Internet addiction, online games, Internet communication, Internet words and deeds, the mainstream websites and network civilization cul-tivation.
