Research on treatment technology of image denoising in multimedia resource library

A new speckle noise suppression algorithm is put forward in this paper for the image speckle noise generation in multimedia resources libraty.Combining the wavelet lifting program with the Direstionlet transform,first and them,the local denoising to image transform region is done using an improved wavelef soft threshold algorithm.A simulation experiment shows that this algorithm can remove the speckle noise effectively,maintain a more complete picture's edge and profile detail information and geta better visual effect.
