A Study of Efficiency for Inefficient DUMs

In this paper,scale efficiency of DUMs has been studied firstly.Then inefficient DMUs have been studied by classical DEA models and super DEA models.For CCR inefficient DUMs,model(1) and model(3) are equivalent.For BCC inefficient DMUs,model(2) and model(4) are equivalent.
