Evaluation of Command Information System’s Operation Effectiveness Based on FAHP

This paper made an exposition of the conception about the operational effectiveness evaluation and command informa tion system,and analyzed the significance of command information system,and established its index system hierarchical structure.Combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analytic hierarchy process,it put forward a command information system’s operational effectiveness model base on FAHP and made up of index normalization model,the model determined by the weights of index system,and multilevel fuzzy evaluation model.With examples,in connection with complicated and fuzzy features of evaluation of command information system’s operational effectiveness,the model obtained objective evaluation in adapting means of both qualitative and quantitative.
