Heterogeneous Data Source Integration Based on Web and CORBA

A Heterogeneous Data Source Integration System(HDSI) is founded based on the CORBA, Java and XML technologies. It has four layers including the application layer, global data operation layer, local data operation layer and data source layer. It can access the heterogeneous data source via Web, and realize the plug and play of data source, which means it can configure data source via Web. HDSI uses the two grades mapping of data type to unite the heterogeneity of all kinds of data in different data sources.
