An Application-Dependent Fault Detection of FPGA Interconnect

This paper proposes a new fault detection method of interconnect resource in(FPGA) from the point of view of application.This method tries to find fault connection in original design firstly,and then fixes the location of each fault with different configurations.Besides 4 types of configuration models used by some known research,we propose 4 kinds of new configurations to distinguish multiple faults in the same interconnect point and between SMs.The fault detection method we designed not only decreases time of detection but also increases the veracity of fault location to increase the ratio of fault coverage.
