Research and realization of mobile value-added service based on parlay/OSA

The significance of the research on mobile value-added service and the architecture of Parlay/OSA which is an open standard protocol to realize mobile value-added services are all analyzed deeply.Also,a brief description of the discovery of the third-party and the process of using the service capability features(SCF) is given.For an example of unified service number,the progress of designing mobile added-value service based on Parlay/OSA is proposed by using the computer modeling language and Java language.Finally,simulation of mobile value-added service is made on the computer.Results show that logical process of the mobile value-added service proposed is reasonable and the conclusion is true.
