The design and realization of Ningxia Agricultural Comprehensive Development Project management information system ,using GIS technology,database technology and network technology were described.Using basic geographic information as a platform ,land management,diversification and other topics of special project information were integrated. This system enabled the user management ,data management,query browser,statistical analysis,results output,update,results released,etc.,which provided a technique platform for Agricultural Comprehensive Development Project construction layout,planning and design,supervision,inspection and acceptance,effectiveness evaluation.
