Inquiry of Juvenile High-tech Crimes

Juvenile high-tech crimes are concerned with not only the law protection of high -technology but also the juvenile's healthily growing up. There are three causes for this kind of crimes: decay of morals; influence of social circumstance; school and family education, and less powerful preventive measures and insufficient attention. Precautions can be taken and bring this sort of crimes under control by perfecting legislation; increasing the sense of protecting high-technology, strengthening moral and lawful education, and reinforcing social comprehensive treatment.
