An advanced Oil Spill Modeling Information System for Dalian Seahas been developed,which consists of the three dimensional fate model,oil weathering model,response model,GIS and databases.The system can not only simulate and predict the trajectory and weathering behavior of the spilled oil at sea,but also display the information of environmental sensitive areas,contingent equipment and teams simultaneously.And from a case study it's hown that the simulation results of the sysytem are in agreement with the field survey.
