Robust Estimation Approach for TDOA Wireless Location

TDOA wireless locating method based time measurement has play an important role in many applications such as mobile phone location,passive radar location,lightning location,GPS navigation,etc.How to reduce the TDOA locating error is studied too much in recent years.But if TDOA measurement data have gross errors,it is more difficult to the locating computation.A new TDOA locating method—Robust-Chan Method,which can eliminate gross errors is given.Simulations show that this method can avoid the influence of gross errors effectively and improve the locating precision.
