Edge key-based dynamic keying scheme for wireless sensor network

For constraint resources of sensor nodes,existing security approaches are symmetric key and key pre-distribution.In most of existing symmetric key based dynamic keying schemes,pairwise key is established by using the shared keying materials preloaded on sensors.For improving the security of keying materials,this paper proposed an edge key-based dynamic keying scheme(EK-DKS) for wireless sensor network based on the study of a typical dynamic keying scheme——LBKP(location based key pre-distribution)scheme.Compared with LBKP scheme,EK-DKS scheme reduced the storage overhead and improved the security effectively.
