Research on CBR System for ERP Implementation

The paper designs a CBR system to help enterprises plan for the ERP implementation. The framework of the CBR system designed for ERP implementation is proposed. In terms of the features of the ERP implementation, a top-down decomposition method and a status chain is employed to represent the ERP implementation cases. Case retrieval is conducted by means of the combination of nearest neighbor approach and knowledge-guided approach. Finally, an example is given for describing the CBR system further.
