Study and Implementation of Service Present Mechanism in VHE Systems

VHE is becoming more and more popular for service providing in 3G systems. The research on VHE is concentrically on service platforms and there is not uniform service present method for many platforms. This paper analyses the requirements and features of VHE, designs a VHE platform and a mechanism for communicating services between VHE platform and user terminals and implements a terminal-independent uniform service present method.
