Implicit knowledge plays the direct role of decision-making in the library,but it is not easy to encode and transfer,thus seriously impedes the improvement of library work.This paper analyzed the main obstacles of inner-library implicit knowledge sharing,with the aid of implicit knowledge developing techniques,brought forward the method of inner-library implicit knowledge sharing.
