About the Construction and Application of Online Mointoring Database Platform Under Provincial Environment

The paper is based on Oracle and SQL Server 2005 Data Platform.The Environmental Monitoring Database of Anhui Province is developed by the use of clusters,data warehousing data mining techniques.The system is closely integrated with the data services of provincial environmental protection agency.It provides a basic support for the automatic monitoring system for the pollution sources,surface water and air quality as well as environmental business system and environmental office and so on.Environmental protection business systems,encionmental effectively systems,it can improve the mass data processing capacity portals office.
