Information architecture of e-commerce sites based on folksonomy technology

This paper summarizes the concept and connotation of folksonomy technology,analyses the function of folksonomy technology in e-commerce sites information architecture process,makes the characteristics and content of folksonomy technology like multidimensional classification,free flexible marks and tag cloud into the e-commerce sites information architecture of the organization system,the marking system,the guidance system and the searching system,and through the collecting,analysis and utilization of customer dimensions,improves e-commerce sites in the customer heart trust and attracts more customers to website shopping.
