Modified MUSIC Algorithm in Meter-band Radar Low-angle Tracking Environment

Based on MUSIC algorithm,a new modified MUSIC algorithm which uses the restructured covariance matrix for estimating the elevation angle of a target in meter-band radar low-angle tracking environment is presented.Then its elements of decorrelation is analysed.Finally through the MATLAB simulation and comparing it with MMUSIC algorithm,the result indicates that MMUSIC algorithm can't estimate the DOA of several coherent signals(more than two),but the new algorithm can estimate them exactly,and its estimated precision,estimated stability and estimated probability of success are also higher than MMUSIC,so the validity of it is proved.
