Based on the modern security management and risk management theory,the security quality control technology is submitted for power line renovation projects.The modern security management and risk management mode in the power line renovation projects are presented.The security quality control technology is applied in the overall working flow in the renovation projects.The key points of the technology in 7 sections of the renovation projects are elaborated.Those application cases demonstrate the practicality of this technology.
