A new method of distance measure based on WG sequence

Sequences with perfect auto correlation performance were useful to improve signal noise ratio of distance measuring radar, which could efficiently realize the object sound with extremely low transmitting power. Tri state sequences were defined by the means of combining non transmitting state and bi phase transmitting states. In this paper, some relative definitions and theorems on tri state sequences were introduced. Almost perfect auto correlation performance was discussed according to Wolfmann Goutelard (WG) sequences. Based on the WG sequences, a kind of tri state sequences 3 WG was constructed by exerting the theorems of tri state sequence. A new method to measure distance was designed by applying 3 WG sequences. The method could substitute the role of m sequences in the field of distance measuring radar.
