Project report management system based on web and key technologies of the development

For the feature of web application and development,a project report management system based on web is designed and developed with the help of three layer architectures,which are made of representation layer,business layer and data-service layer.The system has the basic functions of data entry,data processing,information search,information output and so on.This paper introduces key technologies of the system development with realization,including user identity authentication,pagination display and the handling of Chinese disorderly code.
