With the development of modern hi-technology and the appearance of comp uter crime,electronic evidence has gradually be-come a new type of evidence in action and a hot issue discussed by the judicial circle.This paper discusses way s to obtain,examine and use electronic evidence,studies principles to guide the application of electronic evidence in practice in the light of the judicial prac tice at the basic level departments.
