Forestry resource is the material foundation of forest production.The design and development of forestry resource management based on GIS which included the file management,data input,data search,analysis,drafting and output etc were mainly introduced.On the basis of the OLE technology and Visual Basic 6.0,the construction of data base was realized by SQL Server.
