The traditional performance management of network looks upon the network equipments as the management objects,but the normal running of the network equipments doesn’t mean the normal running of the network services、In the using of network,the users may be more concerned about the states and the efficiency of the services、The article inducts the technology of service-oriented and the active network into the performance management and gives out a service-oriented network performance management architecture based on the active code。
