The Linear and Nonlinear Model of Piezoelectric Transformer

The equivalent circuit model of PT is one of fundamental knowledge when studying its electro properties and application. The paper discusses four models and proposes the approaches for obtaining the circuit parameter of the models. Using the nonlinear model of PT(hing voltage high current model)to analysis the dissipation of a PT,the experimental result is almost in agreement with the theoretic results.
