Application of Complex Event Processing in Administration and Monitoring Module of Workflow

Workflow technology has been a research hotspot in computer application domain. WFMC has brought out a reference model of workflow management system, which includes process definition tools, workflow enactment service, client applications, invoked ap- plications and administration monitoring tools. Complex event processing is a new technology for distributed message- based sys- tems. This paper introduces the application of complex event processing in the administration monitoring module of Workflow, which can administrate and monitor the event of workflow more efficiently.
