Normalization of Operation of GIMAS Based on ISMS and ITIL

In the course of operation and maintenance of Beijing Government Information Monitor and Alert System (GIMAS),we analyze the problems exposed from security and process management. According to the practical work experience,we propose a new model,which combines ISMS and ITIL,to standardize the normal behavior.
